6. 1 beef stock cube
7. 1 red chili deseeded and finely chopped (it’s optional)
8. 125ml red wine
9. 6 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
To season and serve
1. 75g parmesan grated, plus extra to
serve
2. 400g spaghetti
3. crusty bread to serve (it’s optional)
Method
Step 1: Place a large
saucepan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Step 2: Add 4 finely
chopped bacon raisins and fry for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.Step 3: Reduce
heat and add 2 onions, 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks, 2 garlic cloves, and 2-3
sprigs of rosemary leaves, all finely chopped, then fry for 10 minutes. Stir in
the vegetables until they are soft.
Step
4: Turn the heat to medium, add 500 grams of minced beef, and cook, stirring,
for 3 to 4 minutes, until the meat is all brown.
Step
5: 2 tons of berry tomatoes, 2 small
