Shami Kebab is one of the best non-vegetarian snacks offered. Not only do you love to eat it but you can also enjoy cooking this spicy
breakfast. Shami Kebab is a succulent chicken/lamb with lentils in which spicy masala is stuffed inside and fried crispy on the outside. Serve with coriander or mint
sauce.
Ingredients of Chicken Shami Kabab:

1 cup lentils
·
2 tbsp oil
·
1 tbsp cumin
·
7-8 cloves
·
7-8 tbsp black pepper
·
2 tbsp cinnamon
·
2 tbsp coriander
·
1 tbsp celery
·
3 tbsp whole
·
1/2 tsp chili flax

500 gm boneless
chicken
- ·
1 gram of salt
- · 1 green chili
- ·
1 teaspoon finely chopped
- ·
1 teaspoon water pepper
- ·
2 garlic cloves,
- ·
finely chopped 1/2 cup green
coriander,
- ·
1/2 cup mint leaves,
- ·
2 chopped eggs
Chicken Shami Kabab Instructions
- 1. Soak 1 cup of lentils for at least 30 minutes. Put heated oil into a pressure cooker and add cumin, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, coriander, celery, red pepper, and chili flakes. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Now add soaked gram lentils and mix well.
- 2. Add boneless chicken and salt. Add require an amount of water and boil. Cook until water has evaporated and the chicken becomes soft. Then let it cool for a while and make a thick paste of all ingredients.
- 3. Add ginger, green chilies, garlic, coriander, and mint leaves to the paste. Mix all the ingredients well. Add raw egg liquid and mix it. Make kebabs of any desired shape and size using your palm, usually a flat round shape. Now dip the kebabs in the egg yolk and fry the kebabs on both sides till golden brown. You can serve the kebabs hot with the sauce of your choice.
