- 1 1/2 lbs baby mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs

- 4 oz cream cheese, soft
- 2 tbsp. Freshly chopped celery, plus more for garnish

How to make Stuffed Mushroom in 3 Steps?
Stuffed Mushroom Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400. Grease the baking sheet with a cooking spray. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut the stems almost. Now mushroom caps place on a baking sheet.
- Butter melt, on medium heat, in a medium pan. Add the chopped mushroom stalks and cook for 5 minutes until most of the moisture is gone. Add garlic and cook till fragrant, add bread crumbs for 1 minute and let it toast a little, 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine mushroom stem mixture, persimmon, cream cheese, parsley, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps and sprinkle with more perm. Bake until mushrooms is soft and golden on top, 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley to serve.
